The students were amazing, always willing to learn! My experience went well. I got to form connections with many students and even learned some things myself. I enjoyed being able to connect with people from different countries. I would recommend this job to people who enjoy speaking to others.
I had a very pleasant and comfortable experience teaching at Bridge. By this, I mean that I enjoyed being only in charge of teaching the slides and their content-- but not preparing them (this is done for you!). Once you have taught one of the courses more than once, the afterhours workload is minimal or nonexistent.
I really enjoyed the flexibility of working from home. I learned some tech skills and the importance of having my camera on. Students are truly engaged. They really want to be there. Staff is responsible and caring. They always care about your needs.
Would I recommend this job? Yes!!!!!!!
Bridge was a good place to work at, and I gained a lot of experience. I most enjoyed interacting with the students. I learned a new style of teaching and many techniques for how to teach more effectively. The students were great. They were all enthusiastic about learning.
What did I like the least? the lack of more hours.
I would recommend this job for anyone interested in improving their teaching skills or becoming a teacher.
